very cool watching how they process their catch!!  how long he had that fish for and how long will they typically live in a tank like that!!!

Not sure how long he has had it I think about a year. He usually feeds it gold fish.

that's awesome. I use to have baby bass, bluegill, perch and catfish all in a 55 gallon tank. Makes me want to set it up again. One lesson learned though was crawdads are ninjas. Wake up in the middle of the night and see the climbing up the fake seaweed and getting out of the tank! We find the all over the house! Haha

Sorry for some reason  thought it was a Large mouth I've been told it is a Small mouth. PS you can follow the fish on face book just search for "Edgar A. Bass".

Thats awesome! I used to have a 2 lb largemouth that started out as a little half or 1/3 pounder. It was fun to watch him eat the hell out of goldfish and damn near anything he could fit in his mouth that moved. I tried a small feeder mouse too one day! He swam about 3 inches and was gone!  :chuckle:
One thing I was told about goldfish though is that they have very little nutritional value and shouldnt be used as a steady feed for the bass. Its still cheap fun to buy a few bucks worth of goldfish and toss them in.  :chuckle:

That crawdad must pinch the hell out of the fish for the first few seconds.
