i know this doesnt happen in hunting but what are your best mile times?
I have lost 10 of the 20 I wanted. Running, strength training, along with abs and lower back where I need it the most. I did too many lunges the other day and was walking around like I had a load in my pants for three days.

I don't run anymore, ever. Still too fat and way too old.
After two years and two ankle surgery's I'm finally back playing soccer which helps me get back in shape (of course that's what caused my surgery's in the first place). Also started lifting so I can hoist those quarters and pack them to a road where I can put them on the game cart for the walk out I'm just a little exited Fulla
I've lost 30 lbs since June 1st, on my way to 40 for 09/08/11. Bicycle 10 miles everyday, 2.5 miles of treadmill at 10% incline, and weights or core exercises. My scouting weekends have been awesome - all the strength I need and going steep and deep. Now that I'm done blowing my horn, how about you? Let's hear what your routine is and how you feel about hittin' the hills.

I was doing great until I ended up with E-coli a month ago. I was down for about 3 weeks. I did start walking with 40 lbs on my back this week but I am very tired. I am hoping to be back in the gym next week doing 2 adays. On a side note, I am going to attempt some scouting this weekend. I hope it doesn't kill me. At least I would die out in the woods. LOL
my knee surgery and arthritis will put me sitting at the 9 hole wallow stand this year!
