Brunton customer service
« on: June 17, 2008, 11:11:58 PM »
I purchased a pair of Brunton Eterna 10x42 binoculars obout 5yrs ago and recently they just did not seem to be as crisp as they used to. I called Brunton's customer service rep Vanessa and she told me to send them in. I sent them in a week and a half ago and today I recieved a brand spanking new pair of the newer model Eterna's, only these were 11x45, no questions asked. Great job Brunton!
I was planning on purchasing a pair of Vortex binoculars with all the bang for your buck talk going on, glad I sent mine in first before I bought.
