New boat fun
« on: August 08, 2011, 10:42:05 PM »
I just got a new, used boat.  It's a Boston Whaler 13' with a 40 hp outboard.  It is the first real boat that I have ever owned and I have wanted one for a long long time, like the last 20 years.  I wish I had a good fishing report to share but I can report that I have been enjoying the boat with the family and taking my 2 older kids out fishing this weekend for pinks.  Wanted to share the fun with everyone.

Those whalers are really great boats!
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

Congrats on your new purchase and welcome to the world of never ending cash flow. :chuckle: It is a lot of fun though. Life is definitely better with a boat. The smile on the kids faces says it all.

Great boat!
