Demitris Bloody Mary duck

marinate your duck breasts in Demitris Bloody Mary mix (
www.demitris.com
) over night. If the breasts are larger (mallard, or goose) slice them in 1/2 first. Cook some bacon till it is almost done. On a hot grill cook each side of the duck breast about 4 minutes (still pink in the center). Wrap with bacon and grill about another minute.

I'm cookin' this tonight! The wife has plans to be away, so I'm batchn it. I went to Cash & Carry yesterday and got a coupla bottles of the chilis and peppers. Had a bufflehead and 1/2 mallard drake thawing during the day. Got home and breasted 'em out (the mallard more thinly), poked some holes in the breasts with a fork. Put 'em in a container and poured 1/2 a bottle over 'em (enough to cover everything). Sealed it up and shook it up. It's marinating right now.
Have bacon. Will eat.

Heck. Yes. That was some tasty duck!
Thanks for the recommendation! I also had the bufflehead heart, liver and legs in the marinade and fried the heart and liver right up next to the bacon - gotta have something to nibble on while ya cook...
