long grass a problem?

with the extra rain late in the year my grasses have gotten steroided out!
anyone ending up with 300 pictures of windy grass?

how are you combating it?
angles? different locations? weedeater?

yep.. .just pulled my card again last night.. same thing.. the tall grass moving is setting off the camera.. time for raising camera or cutting grass in front of it..  :dunno:

Grass is way longer than normal ... but cam is going in places where its not as long ...and making sure I get the grass in vicinity pulled up

use a board with a rope like your making crop circles and walk the grass down
they call me the bloodhound cause i can track a wounded animal in the rain for 2 days when all it has is a splinter.. sniff sniff awooo

The trick is to put the camera someplace where all the passer-bys walk on all fours (most of the time, anyway).

if possible trim it out but not all the way out so a passerby will only notice the tall grass, IE leave a fence line of tall grass :twocents:
