Dude there is no way in H$ll I am eatin one of those nasty things  :yike: all I love killin them but thats as far as I go with it .....I tried groundhog once when I was a kid in P.a and it all looked good but just not for me ... Asians eat anything so thats a no brainer..

I have never eaten one but I dont think there is any reason not to.   :dunno:

and I would totally eat rock chuck or even opossum before I'd eat a people ( thinking Donner party and crashed plane load of soccer players)....and honestly I would rather eat rodents than bugs...except sugar ants those bugs taste like sugar ;) would rather eat marmots than monkeys too come to think of it :dunno:

I've eaten a few, both eastern ground hogs and yellow-bellied marmots.  Like most small game, the young of the year are a lot more tender than adult animals.  Nothing wrong with the flavor, very mild - similar to rabbit.  More like gray and fox squirrels though.
now you talk eatin squirrel thats much better ....yum yum  :tup:

dad had them a few times and he said they tasted all right. Nothing to write home about but wasn't to bad. I've never had them before but would have no problem trying it.  :twocents:
