Snohomish or Humpy Hollow?
« on: August 19, 2011, 08:20:29 PM »
Well guys.  I was all decided to try the Snohomish in the morning but I've been reading good reports from HH.  What to do, what to do?

Just got  home from the Snohomish... still spotty. Give it another week and it should pick up considerably.

Thanks Wingin it.  Looks like I'll be making a left turn off the ramp tomorrow in Everett.  I'll post a report.

No problem, good luck out there. From the reports I am hearing it should be easy limits at the hollow

I was on the Snohomish today, we took home 5 bucks including one that was about 10 lbs, all were caught on the incoming tide and as soon as it peaked the bite was off.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

I went out to Humpy Hollow around 6:30 AM.  Lots of fish being caught.  My son and I were trying a buzz bomb and it was a complete failure.  So we headed back past the ramp and up the Snohomish.  Fished the lower Snohomish with jigs and I took home 2 and my son took home 1 for about an hour of fishing.  We lost several.  Lots of fish and you could see the pods move through.  Had the Sheriff pointing at me at one point but not sure for what.  I know we were watching our wake.

Fished this morning. 4 hours, 5 fish, a few lost. running pink hoochie from 60 down to 125. called it quits at noon. back out in the morning for a few more. focus on shipwreck and hh. Nice bright fish, all bucks, one pretty big, the others typical humpies.
