Last Friday rolling up Coleman Ck rd there was youngster 6x6 feeding on the side of the road as we came around a corner.  He was in transition with velvet dangling off a few of his points.  We watched him at 50 yards with the truck running for a good 2-3 minutes.  He could have cared less that we were there.  He finally wandered off downhill towards the creek.  He was in no hurry.

Sounds like he will be a prime candidate for the indians.
elkrunner please draw me a map? lol  Maybe you can run him to me.
Just cross under the powerlines.  About 300 yards beyond the cattle guard, stop and wait.  If you go to the bottom of the hill where the big camp area is on the right, turn around, you went too far.

Still need a map?  :chuckle:

How about we meet up and you lead the way to where you seen him last and I'll stay in my truck and you push him to me because I don't want to get out of my truck this year :chuckle:! :chuckle: :chuckle:

Pass.
But thanks for the offer. :chuckle:

Dont worry guys, Phil from East Wenatchee has already been up there "thinin the heard". I guess the horns are hard enough for him. He usually shoots spikes anyways. Less for you to shoot at and they usually are easier to kill from the truck.  Last week he almost had an airplane land on him in the reserve as they were gutting out a bull on the emergency airstrip.

The wolves are comin. Natives will be a small problem when they get here!

I don't know I think I'm lost already got out of my truck to piss and couldn't find my way back. I like plateau's idea. Then we all can sell it all head into town and drink  some fire water.  lol
