WOW! That's some scary stuff right there. It's a tragedy that there are cops like this out there.Hope he got some disciplinary action for this(like lost his badge). what an idiot.

Wonderful officers, OUTSTANDING! Those two should become Detectives. I Think of all the cases they could create, all the jobs that would be created by sending people to Prison! We should be proud of them, I am sure their department is.
