Silvers

Went fishing this morning (Marine Area 10) trying to catch the tail end of the pink run and ended up catching a silver! Just wondering if anyone else has been having any luck on silvers? Anyone hear what the report is like for them this year?

I banked one last night on the Puyallup.  It was about 8 lbs.

Boated several silvers so far in 8-2 and 9...pretty good season.  Shifting over to hunting now.  You can have the rest of my share...: )

it has been spotty lately but was very good early in the year for resident fish.  My favorite years to fish silvers from the beach are th pink years.  Everyone gets caught up in the hype and leaves the beaches and cohos for me. :)

No real secret...I fish them the same way as for humpys, usually get a mixed bag of both.
