Good bye cruel working word---Im going hunting
«

Well after 11 years of applying my father and myself drew 2 of the 3 non resident Colorado tags for the above the timber line(10,000 foot elevation). Season start on Sept. 3rd so we are out the door tomorrow morning at 5am and have a 19 hour drive ahead of us then it into the wilderness for 10 day of hunting. We just put the scale to the packs and they both came in just under 70lbs and that with everything we need for 10 days. So good bye for know pics and story to follow around Sept 13th.

Lived in Longmont for several years, drove the Trail Ridge Road every year. Love the country and great elk too. Best of luck to you two. Love to see some pics when you return.
