I know these rivers are over on the Kitsap Peninsula and it would appear alot of you are from the other side of the bridge but i wondered if anyone knew much about the legalities of fishin either place? According to the regs book Rocky Creek is open to fish but it gives no boundarys or anything and i can't find Chico Creek anywhere at all. Thanks for any help with this one. I could live without a ticket. LOL
