Venison in the Turkey Fryer
« on: July 02, 2007, 11:46:26 AM »
I was experimenting one day and came up with this treat...
You will need a 12 pack of beer
one package Louisiana brand crawfish boil
one 2-3 lbs boneless venison roast.
Turkey Fryer w/oil.

Mix crawfish boil with 6 beers in a pitcher
inject roast with 1/2 of beer mixture.
put roast in pitcher with rest of mixture overnight or for awhile

heat oil to 350 put roast in oil for 20-25 minutes
take roast out of fryer cut it up and eat it.

Drink the other 6 beers while eating the meat.

Best eaten outside and without a fork

Do you think this would work on Moose ass?  I guess you could substitue the beer with shots of jack or crown and anything would work.  :)  Sounds damn good, especially after just eating hospital food.
