Thanks Joe My Son's 2010 Buck
« on: September 10, 2011, 03:01:29 PM »
Joe did a great job mounting my son's buck he shot last year.  This was his 1st mount and 3rd deer at age 13.  My regular taxidermist had passed away and was looking for someone to take over.  I asked Joe to do his mount because I saw his thread about giving a free mount to a kid that shot his 1st deer.  This was not my son's 1st, but I thought that was a great thing to do so I contacted him.  He drove 3 hours to meet me and my son and to pick up the deer. (I am in eastern Oregon and also drove 3 hours to meet him.)  He happened to be coming by on his way home from seeing his wife in Texas and met us again to drop it off.

He went totally out of his way to pick it up and drop it off.  He did a great job on the mount.  We couldn't be happier.  This is why Joe will continue to get our work.  He is a great guy, and does great work.  Thanks again, Joe!!!!!

Great looking mount Joe... I saw the antlers after he got home from picking them up and man that buck is a stud. Congrats to your son. Joe is a standup guy and goes above and beyond to help people out which is why he will get all my mounts as well...

Justin,

Thanks so much for the the honor of being able to do Dakota's deer. Was really great to meet the entire family. I look forward to meeting you some where on the road again this year. Best of luck to you and the family hunting this year, the buck looks great on the wall. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
