Depends on what "skunked" means to you  :)! I have seen more shooter Mulies this fall than ever and missed the buck of a lifetime on Sept 5th... I am "skunked" based on killing an animal but I would say I have been hugely successful. However, I am desperately looking forward to November 23rd's late season opener simply for cooler temps and snow on the ground. I wish you the best in late season!

Shot my cow elk on opening day.  Freezer is full again!  Two out of four hunters in our camp tagged out.  Now I get to go out during late season and play guide.
