Howling mad: Idaho wolf hunt a preview for Washingtonians

Shane Richards and his neighbor, Rene Anderson are caught in the middle of what has become a political war zone over wolves and wolf hunting in Idaho, and they have seen the problem with predators up close and personal.

You know what is twisted, is that if an encounter happened to a wolf loving hiker, I could see other wolf lovers finding a spin on that as well.  They would somehow blame one of their own, never the wolf.

I don't believe they need to wiped out, but they most definitely need to be managed just like everything else.  Talking with people who don't agree with me purchasing a wolf tag can be very frustrating.  They always find a way to try and twist facts into their favor.  It's like arguing politics or religion.

Great read....
