Allways have allowed boats on the Stilliguamish river. Nice catch even if its not 22lbs!

My brothernlaw hooked a stud a few weeks back under I-5 It could have been the state record?
Cleaned it weighed out 19 lbs @ hook line and sinker.

 The State freshwater record is 25.4.lbs, salt is 25.5.
