Cougs open during Modern Firearm, eastern Wa
« on: October 11, 2011, 03:24:30 PM »
This was posted in General Community (not trying to double post), but I wanted to make sure our fellow hunters knew you could bag a coug during deer season! Best of luck to all!

Dear Hunter,

This email is to inform you that the Fish and Wildlife Commission recently adopted changes to cougar seasons in Chelan, Okanogan, Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, and Klickitat counties.  Cougar season in these counties opens for "Any legal weapon" on Oct. 15, 2011 and closes December 31, 2011.  Please visit http://wdfw.wa.gov/news/release.php?id=oct1011a for more information.

Sincerely,
Donny Martorello
