Not looking for people's secret hot spots, but what are good general public areas in Central & Western Washington for varmint hunting?

Not sure what type of varmints you want, but you will find coyotes everywhere you can get access. Washington has lots of National Forest, State Lands, and Timber Company lands. Contact the DNR or Forest Service office near you to get maps showing public lands.

Swanson Lakes was a good suggestion.  Lots and lots of land.  Lots of coyotes, but all were wiser than me on my trip up there.
