very nice! I was in Idaho for the opener & helped a young man I met on the hill get his bull out (5x5) only his 2nd for life, he took a spike when 16. kinda boogered up my own hunt and I had to apologize to my son about it but the kid did need help.

Nice job, I know a lot of guys that have really struggled in 4 this year... hunted hard and just didn't get into the elk like they have in previous years.... you guys saw a bunch though huh? That is great! Congrats!

Opening week of rifle I didn't see a elk. We saw lots of elk during bow season and scouting trips. No shots on a bull though, just cows. Rifle was very slow though.
