Got a call from Yoterhunter this morning too (while on my way to a friends house to replace the clutch in teh wife's truck
) his son shot a tall spike at first light, inthe same area he shot the 5x5 on Wed.
Every one I know is filling there freezer but me

I saw nice 4 bulls before this spike showed up. Spikes are rarer than 400 " bulls in E Washington.
Helping a friend fill his handicap tag. Probably his last year hunting. He was very happy. Finished butchering yesterday

Oh and he appeared to still be rutting. Was with 4 cows and his hide was covered in dried mud like he had been in a wallow recently.
