My vote is cast.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Thanks Kain.  Be interesting to see if the survey (WDFW) looks like the surveys/breakdowns on here.

Don't be too shocked if it does not get passed, remember ANYONE can vote with a Wild ID#, not just bowhunters.   8)

Im not worried. The fact that this was sent out, is proof that there are a ENORMOUS amount of people who want it changed..

Its only a matter of time.

Ok, you might be in for a little shock.  Lots of folks on here just knew no one would want to elminate the east/west elk tags, but reading the comments on the surveys is quite eye opening.  I don't think you will get the support of the rifleman or the muzzleloaders like you think you will, but you may be right and I may be spittin into the wind.  Only time will tell.  So if the survey comes back overwhelmingly against it, will that be the end of it?  Probably not.   :)
