What's the going rate for Western Wa. Coyote pelts these days?  And where do I go to sell?

Yikes, tough question. Good coyotes from the west side I wouldn't bet on much more then a $20 average. You might push $30 for a few but that's not average. When I say good I mean no rubs, no matting and they have to be put up for that price. Don't think there is anyone westside buying carcass goods.
You could sell put up goods (fleshed, stretched and dried) at the WSTA fursale, schedule in events at  http://watrappers.com/

Westside coyotes as a rule start to go down hill about now. Been dry so you might extend that a bit but the time window for prime westside coyotes is about gone.

Guy that works a Cabelas duck area said there is someone over here that buys whole coyote, but I don't think it ever goes above $25.  Doesn't sound like much, but who cares if you don't have to do anything except shoot it and store it and deliver it.

How about bobcat and cougar?

Bobcat really depend on the color of the belly. Clear white bellies make a cat valuable. Unfortunately that is not the common westside bobcat. A good average price on westside cats is probably going to be in the $50 to &75 range. Good ones will go over a $100. Short nap with casty bellies probably $30. The farther east you go the better they are generally. Coast bad, Cascades better, eastside best. A good eastside cat will probably top at $500 this year with averages closer to $300.

Cougar? anybodies guess. There is no established market for them because they have no fur value. I'd cruise the  ads on http://www.taxidermy.net/forum/index.php and see what others are asking and what they are moving at.
