New Years Clam Dig

Does anyone know if there will be any beaches open for clamming like last year on New Years day?

All I know, is last night sucked for us!! swells were just too much...could never get more than a half minute break low enough down the beach before another set crashed in... Kids took a swim that pretty much put the kaibosh on the whole deal!!!!
