Thank you, to all you guys who post these awesome pictures of amazing bucks! You guys absolutley put in the time, money, and energy to bring the rest of us into your activities. These pictures are truly special to show my kids, the only drawback is that, my daughter thinks that these are the kind of deer that is around every hill  :chuckle:. She hunted her first big game this fall and while she did have opertunities she did not have a shot she was comfortable taking, thus opted to pass . Now she is more excited for next year. Thanks again guys.

Thanks Birdguy. I know people love to see them and thats one of the reason I like to post them. It is really awesome to know your daughter enjoys looking at them. I loved looking at big bucks like this when I was a kid and I have never outgrown that interest. I would read all the magazines and just dream about hunting these big guys. Like you said these bucks aren't around every tree but they do exist in decent numbers here in WA and the chance for her to get one is very real. She is very fortunate to live in WA because the quality of our whitetail hunting is exceptional compared to most states in the nation. I wish you both the best of luck in your future seasons.

Im heading out Monday to do a little post season scouting myself.  Picked up another cam (not the one I wanted, but better than nothing) and moving the cam that is up there.  On google earth as we speak and think I have the areas the cams are going pin pointed.  Hopefully I can get a picture of the big guy I saw before the horns drop.

Negative. It's not that buck. I am counting the eye guards on the one I am talking about...and it was about 70 miles away from there.

Have you been hunting this buck for a couple years?

Very nice. Hopefully he makes it through this winter. I am sure he will be very nice again next season.
