About the time I stick my neck out on the line and say no, some wildlife biologist is going to correct me. From what I know they fly south and lay eggs next month or so.
So my guess is that that immature baldy is from last year. They take 3 to 4 years to turn white.
Here is link to an eagle nest that hatched some chicks last year. I’ve seen the eagles bringing in new nesting material over the last month. But it is really hit and miss. Mostly miss right now.
