Nice buck jdurham.
My '98 NE WT buck is 25 1/2" wide.
This one's a solid 2" wider and probably closer to 3" with what is a similar frame and ear position.
From an amateur scorer who can read tape measure and make assumptions from a picture of course.  :chuckle:

With plenty of pictures a taxidermist will come pretty close on the mount.  Just hoping he makes it through the year.  Predators run rampant here in Washington.  Plenty of cats where I live.

A friend and I watched his Daddy in my field about 2 weeks ago with my spotlight.  Now that guy was big.  Never got in front of any of my cameras that night.  He was not social i guess!  Probably why he is big.

Yeah right.  18 to 20 inches at the ears so this one sticks past the ears 2"

Not 18-20 on a whitetail, more like 16-18......
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.
