I hate how people always say ".5", I don't say I'm 21.5 years old.... But I would say he is 4

Yeah that may be, but when you were 3 years and six months you always get the half year in.
Now in a deers case they are born end of may through June. So by hunting season they are really only 5-6 months old and each hunting season  there after add a year...1 1/2 , 2 1/2...and so forth. Since your a young man and i know that the younger generations math skills are lacking, I thought I would explain it a little better for you. :chuckle:
If we were supposed to be vegetarian God would have made broccoli more fun to shoot!
"HOYT" why would you even consider shooting something else?

Hambone-what unit did you get yours in? This guy is in 124.  I was trying to find his big brother or dad that I saw during late archery with some post season scouting.  Didn't find the monster but he is a nice surprise.

3.5 no saggy belly and not alotta flop in the brisket yet

 :yeah:

...and I always add the half (.5) when talking about a buck in the fall.  They are born in the spring and nearly full grown 6 months later.  I just do it because it leaves less room for misunderstanding... :dunno:

He's gonna be a bruiser next year, and even bigger the year after (if he lives).  That's a young buck with great genes.  Good luck..
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
