Nice. That's my kind of steelheading, when the weather is like that. I used to get them up on the Sauk, and get a few dollies too.

yes perfect weather light gear and a bucket of shrimp or roe now all the rules have changed and there is no more hatcherey there ,on this day i hooked 7 in that hole landed 5 right next to the mt.loop hiway always a killer spot

Now that's fishin! I used to use a 5 wt. flyrod with one of those sinking glo egg flies, and a floating line. Put a little smell perty on there and let it ooze its way to the bottom. Never caught 5 in a day though. They must like them shrimp!
