There have been a few showing up already....
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

Wile E. actually I've seen quite a few sage rats around Spokane BUT they are always in areas you CAN'T shoot them.  Like around Felts Field.  Alot of sage rats right around there but you can't shoot them and there is a open field out behind that Church on the NW corner of Argonne & Bigelow that has lots of sage rats.  But, again, you can't shoot them.

To me, that makes it alot worse.  To see em but can't blast em.......  :(

That's my experience too. I guess I misstated the facts. They're here, I can't shoot them. I need access to some that I can SHOOT!

It's the same way with freakin groundhogs.  I see them basterds all over the place in Spokane but NEVER anywhere I can shoot em.  :(

Same in T/C area.  Especially around those Corp of Eng. parks on the Snake River.  Dang, i've seen tons of groundhogs around those parks for years but for obvious reason I can't shoot em....  >:(

Are those places you could try and squewer the ground hogs with a long bow shot?80-100 yards?
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
