Just big enough for squirrels and stuff. Certainly not big enough for bear or deer.

I really want one.. shoot a 1000 grain bullet out of a handgun has to be a rush!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you tell I like big bore handguns???

Is that pic really of a 600 nitro express case? Looks way big to me. Bigger than 0.62 bullet diameter and 3 inches long.

I took that photo from the Guns.com article linked in the first post. I just went back to see if there was any text with it and it's gone

I Googled it and saw that pic as well. I just think it looks a bit bigger than the measurements I saw in Wikipedia. Unless the guy holding it has little person hands. Lol. Either way 600 ne in a pistol is a heck of a handful!

I had a 19oz 450 ti that would pull the bullets from the recoil....that was pushing a 365 at 850fps.....I hope that gun weighs mucho.

i bought my dad a 2-bore case and bullet (bullet is a clean pound of brass) and a loaded 4-bore round for his collection a couple of years ago. helluva paperweight/conversation starter!

The recoil really doesn't look bad at all. It still looks like a handful though!

The recoil didn't really look all that bad considering it's a NE600. I've got a 500 S&W w/4in barrel and i'm not so sure it doesn't recoil just as bad. All I know is it's a handful to shoot and damn fun too.
