When I fish for them I release, and bait is just night crawlers for me. We ended up catching 5 carp and one trout

1 CARP gutted and cleaned.

lay on tin foil, pre-heat oven to 400 DEG. Salt and pepper the meat with a butter sauce added in.

OH NEVER MIND, THROW IT ON THE BANK :chuckle:

Carp are good eating. Its a nice white fish. If its coming out of a muddy watersource then youll want to let it sit in a big tub for a few days with nice clean water. If out of fresh water you can eat right away.
Gut it, scale it, then cook it like you would any white fish. Grill, bake, broil, poach?

I will go catch on on a fly rod. boy is it fun. Even better fly fishing off a dam catching a 15 lber on one :o.
One thing is for sure that is the spot to catch carp at. I have had a little bit of fun there also .

Are you saying you know my secret spot? Can't have that  :chuckle:
