Yakima or Thule truck bed rack

Do any of you have a Yakima or Thule rack your truck bed rails? I have been thinking of installing the feet or tracks on my bed rails so I can mount a box, snowboard racks, and bike racks there to free up bed space. Curious what systems you guys have used though for what might work best.
