Mold for sinkers/lures

Nope you don't put anything on them, my theory is fish are stupid so they bite em !! 
No seriously......Nothing goes on them and you just bang them on the bottom and for some reason fish like them, don't ask me why, maybe someone here has a scientific definition but as for me, fish are stupid !! 


So that makes the people on the boat, when nothing is caught for that day- What?
