Hunt WA 2009 camp/raft trip which weekend?
« on: January 11, 2009, 07:14:58 PM »
Probably arranged the same way as last year.  If you are brave enough to take a brand new guide it's half price on May 2 and May 3 "grad floats"... steak dinner is still included, but the price is a bargain.  Weather is a little more harsh... but nobody on here should be complaining about that anyway.

Location is the Wenatchee River between Leavenworth and Cashmere.  Regular price is $102 for the full day trip, $92 for seniors/kids.  Half day trip is $82, $72 seniors/kids.  Minimum age is 8.  If our group is 16 or more, 10% discount.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Sure... There is discussion in another thread about getting together in Olympia on January 31, works for some but not too convenient for guys on the east side.  The Wenatchee River is a central location and I am just suggesting this as an option if enough people are interested.
