If you have doubts about any information, you must dig in and do your own research to validate the facts. Don't rely on OPINION websites to validate facts.
SUre, there are the blatantly corrupt countries you mentioned, but for a country that says heres where we are, but are actually WAY OUT THERE.........I think we are as bad as it gets. Think world power, financial power, all the corruption that has come to light in the last few years.....and its only tapping the surface.
Hopefully this will be one of the final nails in Obumble's coffin! If this does go through lat's pray that Romney turns around and takes us out of the UN entirely! That Bitch Hillary is partly to blame for this as well. She has been pushing for us to be more envolved in the UN, which includes arms treaties.
Interesting. The U.S. signed the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties in 1970, but never ratified it. What a convoluted mess.U.S. Department of State website.http://www.state.gov/s/l/treaty/faqs/70139.htm"Is the United States a party to the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties? No. The United States signed the treaty on April 24, 1970. The U.S. Senate has not given its advice and consent to the treaty. The United States considers many of the provisions of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties to constitute customary international law on the law of treaties."We do need to keep the record straight.
