haha I just listened to the bear segment.  Man a couple commissioners and the public guys kinda blasted them.  I liked the last guys comments. 

Theme:  All the predators are doin fine and all the other animals are struggling....umm think there might be a problem here?

I haven't had time to listen to the audio yet but I was reading some of the comments provided by the public, and there sure were a lot of well written comments on the proposed night hunting rules. It was kind of funny in a way though, it seems that the majority of the people commenting mis-read the proposed rules and thought they were trying to limit night hunters to using the 22 caliber rimfire only. Nowhere in the proposed rules did it say "rimfire". All it said was 22 caliber only.

OK, I'll go back to reading more comments and then maybe on to the audio transcripts. Should be interesting.
