For Ml season you will need to remove the "thunder dome" 209 breech plug and replace it with the Thunder™ Nipples #11 A1407 to be legal for ML season. You can use the 209s during Modern firearm.  Check the traditions website under accessories.

ANother stupid question. So I went ahead and bought the muzzle loader(got a sweet deal used) anyways the previous owner has alread had the "breech plug" swapped for one that takes musket caps, however I am unsure of the "bolt"? might be wring name, the oart that strikes the cap, it is rather round and large and covers the cap when not cocked  that woukld be ill legal right?

If you can see any piece of the cap it's arguably legal in WA....
