I live in town and usually shoot out back. I do know that Sureshot Pawn in Kittitas has a small range and a press with tools to help you get tuned in. I could probably make some time to help you out with some basic tuning (I am no expert by any means). Also if you do not feel comfortable shooting in my back yard my parents live outside of town and have a big hay stack we could fling arrows at. Just send me a PM if you are interested.
