wdfw charging wrong prices on permit apps

So I have kind of a superstition and always purchase and submit my tags the first morning you can.  I woke up this morning and bought all my permit apps and after I already purchased them I looked my confirmation page.  They charged me the $15.20 for everything I bought, not just quality and OIL but also for bull and buck.

I'll have to call the wdfw and hope they refund me the correct amount.  Just thought I'd warn you guys if you want to buy already as well.
