Help with a quiet game camera

I need a four infrared cameras but they need to be very quiet.  I do not want them to hear it.  I can camo it so it will blend in but I need the setup to be good enough to be used in court and be quiet so it will not be detected by the tresspassers.

Quiet is the most important.
Great picture quality to use in court.

I have 3 of the Primos Truth cam 46 and 60. They are infrared and EXTREMELY quiet. I picked them up brand new for $100 on amazon and a used one on Ebay for $70. Best camera for your money for sure!
