Long story short, the only way around the mindless elements of the WDFW bureaucracy was to import and release them on tribal lands.

EVERY sportsman should belong to three organizations:

1. NRA - Protect your 2nd Amendment Rights
2. SCI - Protect your Hunting Rights & Heritage
3. The critter conservation club of your choice - Wild Sheep, RMEF, DU, etc.

I would argue that its only the first 2 that you should belong to... I have been sorely disappointed by several "Critter of your choice" organizations. I personally Refuse to renew membership with DU after thier "Habitat Improvement" Project  tha blew dikes near Fir island... The "worked with" other organisations to help salmon, but did not help Hunters OR waterfowl.  :twocents:
