Subject: [WWC_BoD] WWC Annual and BoD Meetings with Date and Location Change

All

The next WWC Annual and BoD meetings will be on 7/14/12 at the Palace Cafe in Ellensburg (note the date and location changes).  I will be sending out agendas just before the next meetings and Kathy will be forwarding copies of the minutes.

I talked to Mark Pidgeon (HHC President) and we'd like to try having a joint WWC/HHC meeting so that we can eliminate duplication and save time.  The timing for the day would be to start off with the short WWC Annual Meeting at 9:30 AM and then go into the joint WWC/HHC session immediately following.  If we have business that is unique to either WWC or HHC, we would either hold a vote for just the Directors of one or the other organization or close the joint meeting and open a session for the organization that needs to vote on an issue.  We think that by doing this, we can increase our productivity and save a significant amount of time.
