Between Monroe and Gold Bar

Has anybody ever hunted elk between Monroe and Gold Bar?  A buddy saw three bulls driving into work this morning and this is the first I've ever heard of elk being in this area. Just curious thanks.

never hunt them but we see them in the spring and summer in the cattle pastures they head over the hill in the fall

Had a bull in Granite Falls the past two weeks.  People I know saw it on the Menzel Lake Road and a week later it was on the Robe Menzel side.  My buddy got pictures of it or else I would have questioned it.

I have never hunted them but they are there the kids ran into a small band between Index and Baring a few yrs ago when we lived up in Baring
