This might be a stupid question but, how do i post videos that are on my computer?

Upload them to YouTube or Vimeo and embed them in the forum.

Thanks, but i tried to upload them to Vimeo and it wont work i click the green button and it doesn't do anything...

I primarily use YouTube so I won't be much help with Vimeo.  You can't get your video uploaded or is it uploaded and you can't embed it?

To post a vimeo video, just click the "V" button right under the "B" button and post the link between the code brackets like this: Not a valid vimeo URL

well it says this but it has had this on the video for like over 30 minutes now...

I tried youtube, and it said "status:uploading" looked like it was loading and when the bar filled up, it said "status:error" maby its the type of camera i have???
