I used to apply for these but the point and convenience fees caused me lots of heartache for the low odds of drawing. Also, cutbacks in tags eliminated a couple of my areas due to the 10% rule. >:(

Ditto. I'm glad though. I just wanted the points...and my money back. It's weird that I have to try NOT to draw in Montana.
