special permit ?

I go to wdfw.wa.gov to check on my permits and its says not drawn on the upper left. Has it not been drawn or am I just a loser?  It has been the same for weeks. This is my first year dealing with wa state, whats is it loser or not drawn?

The draw is done.  Go to hunting and enter info

Thats why I was wondering,I enter my info and in the left it says not drawn.

it will say "not selected" when you find the right place to login...
