Peaches Ridge muzzle tag!!!
« on: June 21, 2012, 04:41:11 PM »
Hello everyone, I've been reading the post's on here for awhile now and they are pretty interesting. My hunting partner and I got lucky this year and drew the peaches ridge tags! Very excited about this hunt and will let
you know how it goes.

Ok, now that I'm slightly more composed, please tell me that you drew it with at least 12 points.   Even if you didn't ....   I'm begging you , please just lie and say you had at least 12 points.

OK, so haw many points did you draw it with?

Drew as a group.

Hunted the little Naches two years ago with a guy that had the same tag. So i thought we would start there, But i plan on doing some scouting before and after archery season.

The fact that you had big points helps....    a little.

If you had drawn with 1 point I might not have survived the night.

Man, I'm sure you'll make the most of it.

I am still so jealous.

Perhaps this should be on a separate thread, but I will ask this question here......  I have been hunting elk in the Bumping and Bethel  areas since the early 1980's.  I just drew a modern rifle cow tag in the little Natches GMU for 2012.  It was a 3rd choice.   I am not very familiar with this unit-  any suggestions on where to hunt for a cow?   Rob
