my buddy killed a bear two years ago in oct and it was full of worms. Just like the ones in the pic, but a whole lot more of them.

I'm not 100% sure but those look like roundworms to me.  Roundworms are fairly common, and are zoonotic. 

I'll send the link over to my friend who's a vet and get his $.02.

I would have taken a few samples to send to the CDC or the state veterinarian.
Or, maybe the WDFW biologists would be interested in it.
